Once you decide on the package that suits your need, fill in the online order form. Please provide as much details as possible so I can better understand your needs and choices. You don't have to make any payment at this time.

Upon receiving your order and after further clarification (if necessary) I’ll begin working on your project. Normally you will receive a draft design within the next 48-72 hours. The draft design is same as the final design, only with a watermark. If there is any change needed I will modify the design. Once you are 100% satisfied and approve the design, you can make the payments through our payment page. After I receive your payment I will deliver the finished product to you. Q: How long will it take to get my design done?

You can expect your first draft design to be delivered within 48-72 hours of placing your order (provided you provide detailed info and there is no more clarification needed). Any changes will be completed shortly after we receive your feedback. But since it is a tailor-made work and not an assembly-line job, We may need an extra 1 –3 days.

Q: In what format do I get my designs?

Your designs will be sent in GIF or JPEG formats (depending on the number of colors and images used). These are the most compatible and optimal file formats for the web.

Any cover design (ebook, ebox, ezine, CD/DVD) will be sent to you in 3 different sizes for the 3D version and a large image for the 2D version.

 

Q: How will you deliver my designs?

I will either send your designs directly to your email address or host them on our webpage where you can download them. The choice is completely yours.

 

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

No. Because you don’t pay until you are totally happy, there’s actually no need for a refund policy. The way my service is structured, it very simple and easy. No hassles, and never any need for a refund.

 

Q: Do you offer special discounts if I order multiple items?

Since my charge is very reasonable I don’t offer any discount on the regular packages. But for bulk purchase I can give some discounts. Send me an email stating the details of your requirements.
